After getting everyone well from the “back to school” bugs, it was challenging to get into the morning workout routine again. When dropping my son off at Junior Kindergarten, I overheard another mom talking about getting up at 4:40 am for her workouts 4 mornings a week. I asked her if she’d text me when she woke up to help me get my butt up again… it really helped because I had to be awake enough to reply!
