Good Posture, Deep Breathing

There is something about maintaining good posture and breathing that helps me feel better, find more energy, and maintain better perspective. Probably also the reason that I love yoga. If only I had more time…… for now, I will make do with the few minutes I have in the morning before I get the kids out of bed.

If you don’t have time to get into doing yoga regularly, sun salutations can really make a big difference in toning and strengthening your whole body and it takes a few minutes a day to practice it.

And remember that deep breathing to calm your mind and body. This especially helped me get through my 2 and 4 year olds simultaneous temper tantrums today!!
