Active Daily Gratitude

My SPA (self-care promotes ability) time today:
1) Exercise 30+ min.
2) Actively try to practice gratitude. Everything is a blessing in some form and you have to actively be greatful for these blessings. If you put yourself into a state of gratitude, it’s easier to manifest what you want vs. focusing on negative elements of a situation.
(MY REAL EXAMPLE: I could focus on how deperately my house needs to be cleaned today; how my 2 and four year old keep fighting; how we’re late to my 4 year olds sports class at the gym; how my refrigerator went out and I just had to throw out all the food but NO! I’m taking a deep breath and saying thank you. Thank you for the daily challenges which make me grow as a mom and a person.)
