Grateful for Gratitude

SPA (Self-care Promotes Ability) Time for this mom has been quite limited these days! I do find that daily exercise and daily gratitude are helping…..Gratitude opens the heart and lets even more good things to enter your life.

Exercise: Still in bootcamp with only 2 weeks left. I can’t begin to count how many pushups, sprints and drills we’ve done over the last 10 weeks, but I’m feeling strong!

Gratitude: I am grateful for our great father’s day trip to Glenwood Springs last weekend: catching up with friends and letting the kids experience the carnival at the Strawberry Days Festival. (ferris wheel photo from my phone, while trying to make sure the kids didn’t wiggle out!) I realized that this was my 1st trip through our beautiful Colorado rockies in 4 years!!! Crazy! I’m grateful that we’ve decided to prioritize trips to the mountains! I’m grateful for a husband that LOVES spending time with his kids!
