Past events have been at the Inverness Hotel & Spa, and community clubhouses to give you the rejuvenation, inspiration, and comfort you deserve. - *Guest experts such as Sarah Phillips, MSW, LCSW, will be joining us and introducing the concept of whole-hearted living and how to bring in self-compassion as a restorative practice. Sarah is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and Approved Consultant (CDWF-C) – based on the research of Brené Brown Ph.D. LMSW. (Check out Brene’s amazing Ted talk if you haven’t heard it already)
