Gifting Our Gratitude

Your attention is everything. Where you put your attention determines how you feel. How you show up in the world. How you relate with others.

What happens when your attention is focused on the blessings in your life? What shifts?

Have you told your children that you’re grateful for them? Your spouse? Your parents? Your friends? Yourself?

Take a deep breath and a baby step…. and give yourself and your loved ones this gift of gratitude. Consider making this a practice or a daily habit.

In addition, my favorite gifts I’ve been creating for others lately are gifts of gratitude. Collecting notes and emails and packaging them up, whether it be in a beautiful photo book or a compilation of video clips. What better way to honor and show our loved ones how special they are!
