On a whim (okay so I’ve been thinking about getting back to my fitness & wellness background for a while now!) I decided to sign up for Corepower Yoga – Yoga Sculpt Teacher training!
It’s hard to push yourself to try new things – but here I go! As a personal trainer/wellness consultant, I mainly worked with individuals and small groups. I did teach group cycling but in a smaller setting, and let’s face it, there are only so many things you can do on a bike! 🙂
And why now? Because I have concluded that it’s okay to continue to learn and grow and better yourself even as a mom with young children ….maybe I should say: especially as a mom of young children. How to better teach your children to grow, to explore & try new things, to get back up when they fall down, than by modeling this behavior ourselves.
And so I’m off – to feel fear and go for it anyway!
