Self-care: Boot camp has finished but I’ve maintained the morning routine and made it to the gym on my own at least 4 mornings a week (trying for 5-6). It really is what helps me get through the day right now with the amount of work, home and mothering responsibilites that pull me in every direction.

The ONLY way I make it: I set me portable alarm or iPhone alarm and put it somewhere different every night. So when it goes off in the morning, I JUMP out of bed to find it and turn it off before it wakes up my husband ;-). And the days I turn off the alarm and climb back in bed, I find that my mind has already jumped into overdrive so the best choice is for me to get up and get my exercise in before anyone needs me!
