SELF-CARE STRATEGIES IMPLEMENTED TODAY:
Exercise: Elliptical machine 45 minutes, 10 min yoga
Sleep:7 hours but interrupted by 1 child at 12:30am and the dog at 3 am.
Nutrition: Included lots of veggies and fruits on the menu today!
Pampering: Hmm, I’ll try for washing my face and my Aveda Tourmaline mask tonight!
Positive Attitude? After I exercised!
Social Support: Had to make a couple “support” calls today!!
Hobbies: My blog!
